Hard to believe but last Tuesday August 19th was the end of the road for me as a "Foreign Allien" and yet the beginning of my life as an American Citizen. 
I am honored, humbled. and proud to have the opportunity to be a citizen of this great nation. 
On the days leading up to the ceremony I had a dream in which all of us participating in the cermony lost our native accents as we we became Americans. Of course that was not the case, and to be prefectly honest with you I like it that way. I am the first generation of Immigrant of my family to set root in the US. At least for me, it is hard to say that in this day in age. Well, just part of the American Dream I am getting the chance to live.
THANK YOU to all of you out there for your support through the years. I would not have been able to do it without you.
I very much appreciate each and everyone I've been able to come in contact with during this journey. The best part of it is that it is just beginning!
