Shawnee Appalachian Triathlon Quick Report...


OOOOUUUUCCCCHHHH!!! It really hurt...

Just let me show how I looked like after the second race on the same day...

I almost felt like everything was sideways after the race... it took me a while to re-gain my bearings...
