Dear friends,
Here we go! Let's see if during the summer I can keep you up to date with my queste of racing triathlon miles for the NATIONAL ALLIANCE for THROMBOSIS and THROMBOPHILIA - NATT.
255.5 Miles are waiting ahead of me this summer. It should be an incredible time as I make my way through 6 races all around Ohio, Michigan, and West Virginia.
If you are at the races be in the lookout for the guy wearing the "Polka-Dot" outfit. He may blow right by you and all you will see are the red dots all over the back of his jersey.
So, come back sometime and checkout my postings about training and other preparations for the races to come.
I will be talking to you all later.
Kindest Regards,
The "Clot Buster"

Hey Clot Buster. I feel lucky to have found your blog! I was diagnosed with PE/DVT 6 weeks ago after climbing Mt Kilimanjaro. Pretty bummed that my triathlon season went out the window, but in the big picture I know it's a small price to pay. I'm pessimistic about racing again in the future. But your blog inspired me! I went to your first post hoping to hear your story, but I couldn't find it anywhere. I'd love to hear it. After I recover I hope to join your Stop the Clot triathlon team. Thanks for the inspiration and hope to hear from you. - Jess
